What this job involves:

As a Regional Facilities Manager, you'll serve as a key leader on the account core team, responsible for driving exceptional facility management operations across multiple sites while supporting project management and occupancy planning functions. This strategic leadership role requires you to ensure all contract deliverables are met or exceeded, including operational uptime, cost savings initiatives, energy consumption reduction, and service improvements. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage substantial budgets, and foster innovation while maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction and operational excellence across your regional portfolio.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Relationship Management - Maintain high client satisfaction through quarterly KPIs and surveys while ensuring seamless integration of Project Delivery Services, Occupancy Planning, and Integrated Facilities Management operations
  • Team Leadership - Drive superior performance through excellent people management, developing relationships with peers across regions and functions to ensure consistent delivery of global initiatives
  • Budget & Financial Management - Deliver on regional operational budgets including contractual savings targets, achieve annual budget goals, and maintain monthly/quarterly budget adherence
  • Contract Compliance - Ensure understanding and achievement of all contractual requirements, work order management metrics, and annual KPI goals across the organization
  • Energy & Sustainability - Drive energy savings initiatives through site teams, maintain accurate energy data tracking, and leverage sustainability programs to meet client objectives
  • Operational Excellence - Engage with individual sites to implement savings initiatives, maintain proper documentation, and introduce best practices and innovations across the portfolio
  • Strategic Planning - Support project management functions, occupancy planning initiatives, and ensure consistent delivery of services that exceed client expectations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of facilities management experience including leadership roles in complex operational environments
  • Proven experience managing large teams across multiple functions with demonstrated success in budget management
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, KPI development, and client relationship management in professional services environment
  • Experience with energy management systems, sustainability initiatives, and operational cost reduction programs
  • Travel capability of 20-30% to support regional site visits and client meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineering or facilities management related degree
  • Manufacturing space facilities management experience
  • Professional certifications in facilities management (FMP, CFM) or project management (PMP)
  • Experience with integrated service delivery models and cross-functional team leadership
  • Knowledge of energy management systems and sustainability reporting
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles within commercial real estate or professional services

Estimated compensation for this position:

150,000.00 - 175,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
