14 Position Summary
Acts as catalyst supporting strategic planning and execution; driving cross-functional alignment, planning, and performance integration. Serves as a strategic partner to business units, translating executive direction into actionable plans and facilitating portfolio reviews. Supports strategic storytelling, tracks initiatives, flags risks, and bridges gaps between business units to enable connected execution and drive performance excellence Tasks and Responsibilities

Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Mid-level experience in office management or project coordination
Knowledge of SAP
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Must have favorable driving record Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited university or relevant work experience can be substituted in lieu of degree. Required Certifications
Working Environment
Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi- functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events. Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
