Job Summary (Primary function)

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to join the Incyte Dermatology Market Access team, dedicated to supporting access, reimbursement, and affordability initiatives for the launch of our specialty product in medical dermatology. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing market access marketing strategies and tools designed to support healthcare providers, patients, and access stakeholders across the access journey.

This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Patient Support Services, HCP Marketing, and Field Access teams to ensure consistent, impactful messaging and resources that help patients start and stay on therapy. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in specialty products, especially biologics, and a deep understanding of the access and reimbursement landscape.

Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities)

* Develop and execute strategic access marketing initiatives to support payer, provider, and patient understanding of product access pathways.

* Create and manage branded and unbranded market access tools including websites, patient support resources, reimbursement guides, and field materials for biologic coordinators and nurse navigators.

* Lead the development of access messaging and communication strategies to ensure clarity and consistency across stakeholder touchpoints.

* Collaborate with internal partners (Market Access, Patient Services, Sales Training, HCP Marketing, and Legal/Regulatory) to ensure integration of access strategy across channels.

* Oversee agency management including creative agencies, production partners, and digital vendors, ensuring on-time, compliant, and on-budget execution of deliverables.

* Support training and enablement for field access and reimbursement teams by developing education and resource materials.

* Monitor and assess the evolving access and reimbursement environment, including policy trends, payer dynamics, and patient affordability challenges to inform tactical planning.

* Lead access-focused analytics and insights efforts to measure effectiveness of access programs and identify opportunities for optimization.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and company policies in all materials and activities.

Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)

* BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Degree in life sciences, marketing, business, or related field strongly preferred.

* 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing experience, with a focus on market access or reimbursement preferred.

* Experience in specialty biologics, preferably in medical dermatology, immunology, or autoimmune disease.

* Proven ability to develop access-focused tools and communications, including digital and print materials for multiple stakeholder audiences.

* Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and project leadership in a complex matrix environment.

* Strong understanding of payer, specialty pharmacy, patient support, and reimbursement processes.

* Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.

* Strong vendor management and project management skills with experience leading creative agencies.
