The Senior Supervisor - 3rd Shift provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to all 3rd shift supervisors and production staff. This role ensures consistent execution of production plans, drives team performance, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement across all production lines. The Senior Supervisor is responsible for resolving operational issues, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and aligning shift activities with broader organizational goals. Shift: 3rd (10:00pm-6:30am)-Supervisor must be flexible within this schedule and may occasionally need to work beyond those hours to ensure smooth production, seamless shift transitions, and the completion of all necessary administrative tasks. Salary: $95,000-$100,000/Annually Aspire Bakeries LLC values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. The final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, shift, education, skill, and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed In this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
