Summary
Responsible for leading and instructing group fitness classes. This role involves designing and delivering engaging fitness programs tailored to the needs of the clients and community members. The Instructor will work closely with the wellness team to promote physical fitness and overall well-being. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions -Plan and lead group fitness classes, including but not limited to aerobics, strength training, yoga, or other exercise modalities. -Provide clear and effective instruction, ensuring exercises are performed correctly and safely. -Develop and implement fitness programs tailored to various fitness levels and health conditions. -Adapt exercises and class content based on the specific needs and goals of participants. -Create a positive and motivating class environment to encourage participant engagement and adherence. -Offer modifications and alternatives to accommodate participants with different fitness levels or physical limitations.
