Join Professional Services Group (PSG) - a trusted, community-based mental health organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families through dynamic, culturally responsive programming.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled In-Home Therapist to provide therapeutic support to youth and their families through the Intensive In-Home Services (IIHS) program. This role focuses on maintaining the placement of children in their homes, strengthening family relationships, and fostering long-term stability through intensive, family-centered therapy.

Position Overview
As an In-Home Therapist, you will:
* Provide individual and family therapy within clients' homes and community settings
* Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress toward goals
* Support youth and families in addressing mental health, family dynamics, parenting, and substance use challenges
* Advocate for clients in crisis and coordinate care with service providers and community partners
* Attend court hearings, team meetings, and staffing sessions as needed
* Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and progress summaries in alignment with program standards
* Safely transport clients when necessary

Job Details
Location: Based in Kenosha, WI, with local travel required (mileage reimbursement provided)
Schedule: Flexible, primarily daytime hours between 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; occasional evening hours may be required
Caseload: 7-9 clients on average
On-Call Rotation: Participation in an after-hours rotation once trained

Qualifications
* Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required
* Eligible for state licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred)
* Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and provide culturally responsive care
