The Senior Sales Planning Analyst-Sales Compensation, is responsible for assisting with the implementation and management of the sales compensation plan to motivate Epson's sales force to achieve sales goals, providing recommendations on quota methodology, and providing on-going reporting and analysis of key factors impacting sales compensation plans. The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $93,191 and $113,900. . Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
