The Senior Director, Talent to Value Strategy and Integration is a strategic leader responsible for developing and operationalizing the Talent to Value (T2V) framework to align talent strategies with organizational priorities and drive measurable business outcomes. This role will lead the creation of the T2V roadmap, ensure effective implementation across enterprise and business units, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize talent processes, build capabilities, and establish knowledge-sharing systems integrating T2V principles.

This role will collaborate closely with HR leaders, business partners, and the Data and Analytics teams to deliver thought leadership, design learning experiences, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. By leveraging innovative approaches, including AI and Communities of Practice, this role ensures the seamless integration of T2V principles across the organization, driving talent alignment with strategic goals.

This role requires travel to the Conshohocken, PA office on a quarterly basis, at minimum.

Key Responsibilities

Roadmap, Planning and Ways of Working

  • In partnership with VP, Talent to Value Integration and Org Development, lead the development of the FY26 Talent to Value roadmap, outlining deliverables, milestones, and success metrics for enterprise and business unit applications

  • Establish a team intake process to prioritize and manage T2V projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and efficient resource allocation

  • Partner with Data and Analytics COE to create a quarterly T2V scorecard to track program health

  • Explore opportunities to leverage AI to augment Master Practitioners and HR leaders in delivering T2V applications

Content Creation and Process Thought Partnership

  • Own annual ELT and executive development & succession process

  • Develop thought leadership content, including slides, frameworks, and tools, to support T2V integration and organizational development initiatives

  • Serve as a thought partner to HRBPs and business leaders, providing insights on process redesign and talent strategies that align with organizational priorities

  • In partnership with CEO's, collaborate on the redesign of talent processes (e.g., learning, performance management, or rewards) to enhance alignment with strategic goals

Capability Building

  • Design and facilitate workshops and immersions to help leaders and HR resources understand and apply T2V principles, focusing on aligning talent with strategy and driving measurable outcomes

  • Partner to create a repository of decks, frameworks, toolsets and visualizations to support workshops and immersions on OD and T2V methodologies.

Knowledge Management and Communities of Practice

  • Establish and leadCommunities of Practiceto foster collaboration, share best practices, and continuously refine T2V methodologies across business units and functions

  • Develop a centralized knowledge management system to document and share insights, frameworks, and tools that support talent initiatives and organizational development

  • Partner with COEs to ensure knowledge assets are integrated into enterprise-wide talent processes, enabling consistent application of methodologies

Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience in talent management, organizational design, HR Business Partnership and/or leadership development, with a focus on aligning talent strategies to business priorities

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and measurable outcomes

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling content and deliver effective training and presentations

  • Deep organizational design experience required

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
