Position Summary We are seeking a highly strategic, organized, and results-driven Digital and Ecommerce Strategy & Operational Planning Team Leader to support the VP of DXP as a Chief of Staff. This role will act as a strategic partner and operational anchor, driving alignment, prioritization, and execution across digital and ecommerce initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with operational excellence and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will lead strategic planning, business rhythm coordination, performance reporting, and special initiatives that enable the DXP organization to scale and succeed. Key Responsibilities 1.
