Distribution and Production Manager

• Lead a culture of safety and quality, ensuring compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and product quality requirements.
• Develop, monitor, and achieve operational KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Manage workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, and budgeting to meet production and financial goals.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Lead and mentor teams in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and industry regulations while modeling company values.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing, assembly, or distribution leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in improving operational performance and driving efficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
• Customer-focused mindset and strong analytical, systemic problem-solving abilities.
