Hours & Pay:

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1st Shift)

Pay Rate: Starting at $23 per hour

Pay Growth: Potential increase to $25/hour after 3 months and up to $55,000/year within two years

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do:

• Process and organize financial documents with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with scanning, filing, and maintaining payment and loan records
• Support finance closings by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance
• Communicate with customers to process payments and resolve inquiries
• Manage inbound calls with professionalism and patience, even in high-stress situations
• Maintain organized records and contribute to a smooth daily workflow
• Collaborate with team members to ensure financial and administrative accuracy
