Industrial Maintenance Technician

Staffmark is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a high-performance automotive glass manufacturing facility. This hands-on role plays a key part in ensuring production equipment runs efficiently, safely, and without interruption.

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, occasional weekends based on production

Pay: $23-$30/hr, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on conveyors and processing equipment
• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to equipment failures
• Support new equipment installations, upgrades, and performance tuning
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and perform preventive maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with production teams to meet operational goals

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of industrial or warehouse maintenance experience (automotive/glass a plus)
• Skilled in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
• PLC/robotics experience and knowledge of Six Sigma, Fishbone, KT, or 8D tools preferred
• Strong safety mindset, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working overtime as needed
