Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Plan and manage daily production schedules to minimize downtime and meet targets.
  • Monitor product quality, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Enforce company policies, safety standards, and 6S compliance.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, scrap reduction, and documentation.
  • Use MES and business systems for tracking performance and decision-making.
  • Support cross-functional teams in resolving production and quality issues.
  • Maintain production reports, verify payroll, and conduct employee evaluations.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Injection molding experience
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds


Preferred Skills:


  • A college degree
  • 6 sigma green belt
  • Experience in the automotive industry
