Schedule: Monday - Friday | 4:30pm - 3:00am (10 hours of overtime required every week)

Salary: $45,760 - $65,780/yr.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and motivate a production team to meet daily quality and output goals.
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules, ensuring efficient resource use and on-time delivery.
  • Oversee operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
  • Train and mentor team members while promoting cross-functional skill development.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Monitor and report key production metrics to leadership and support process optimization efforts.




Qualifications



  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision or team leadership (CNC machining preferred).
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, precision components, and tight tolerances.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
  • Experience with Lean or continuous improvement practices is preferred.
