Job Title: RN-Behavioral Health (Med-Surg) Location: Torrance, CA 90502 Duration: 3+ Months to Long Term Shift: Day /Night (12 hrs) 2 shifts/week Job Description: Deliver direct patient care in accordance with behavioral health protocols and evidence-based practice. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support treatment plans and ensure safety. Monitor, assess, and document patients' behavioral and medical status. Float between different units and facilities as required, based on operational needs. Comply with all facility-specific guidelines, policies, and safety procedures. Required Certifications: Active California RN License. BLS, ACLS, PALS (American Heart Association). NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification. MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior) or CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention). LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be issued by the City of Los Angeles). Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination and current seasonal flu vaccination.
