We're seeking a
Product Owner II to deliver innovative products that align with our strategic roadmap. The Product Owner II manages and makes visible the product backlog or the prioritized list of requirements for future product development. Writes epics and stories (descriptions of desired solution or product functionality) in plain language, prioritizes team's backlog and maintains feature conceptual and technical integrity. Responsible for the effective management and prioritization of defects and feature enhancements to ensure they are resolved at the right time. Maintains significant relationships and responsibilities outside the team, including working with Product Management and engaging cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery of the roadmap as planned.

USD 79,400.00 - 119,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
