Administrative Assistant

Qualifications

Position Summary

Responsible for various Business Office and Intake duties for the company as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make sure the attendance is accurate.
  • Take all payments on date of admission.
  • Verify/Re-Verify all insurances for all patients on the 1st day of the month.
  • Assist in setting up payment plans if necessary
  • Complete the attendance if the BOM is absent.
  • Answer all patient questions regarding account.
  • Make sure all insurance is valid.
  • Investigate questionable data.
  • Monitor, review, maintain, track and file vendor contracts.
  • Monitor spending for adherence to budget, recommend variances as necessary.
  • Prepare and verify daily reports.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma, general accounting principles, knowledge of AS400 and Midas a plus.

Process all functions of Accounts Payable, Purchasing & Contracts
