Are you ready to take the lead in shaping global license management for a technology-driven organization? We are looking for a Global IS License Manager to join our team and drive excellence in software asset management, compliance, and strategic vendor collaboration. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our licensing ecosystem supports business growth, operational efficiency, and regulatory alignment across all regions.

As Global IS License Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all licensing activities and contractual agreements worldwide. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to optimize license usage, mitigate risks, and support strategic objectives. This is a high-impact role that combines operational leadership with strategic foresight.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee the acquisition, renewal, deployment, and compliance of software licenses across the organization
• Ensure all licenses and contracts comply with local, national, and international regulations
• Maintain accurate records of licenses and contractual agreements, ensuring transparency and audit readiness
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to communicate licensing terms and obligations
• Drive process improvements to maximize license value and reduce unnecessary spend

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will play a key role in developing licensing strategies aligned with business goals, supporting software compliance reporting, and monitoring regulatory trends. You will also contribute to global service management, vendor engagement, and maintenance support activities. Your leadership will help shape the license management function, including mentoring team members and managing escalations.

The position is global. The preferred locations are Poland, India, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Czech and Germany.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in license or contract management in a global or multinational environment
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in license management tools such as ServiceNow SAM Pro or similar platforms
• Certifications such as CSAM, ServiceNow ITAM/SAM, or vendor-specific licensing (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Adobe) are an advantage
• Experience with SAP and knowledge of robotics business is a plus
