JOB SUMMARY- Inventory Specialist WHO WE ARE: We are reLeaf Alternative, a growing Massachusetts retail cannabis company with locations in Mansfield Crossings and Natick. Since first opening in 2021, we have built a dedicated, hardworking team always striving to better serve our customers. We are currently looking to fill our Inventory Specialist position. The Inventory Specialist oversees the storing, receiving, and distributing processes of the organization's products and supplies. Their main duties include controlling the flow of supplies and equipment, tracking, and analyzing inventory maintenance, as well as assisting the Inventory Manager and Leads with any duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Intake of product received into current inventory in a timely manner Maintain daily stock of product on sales floor Maintain and track all inventory within the dispensary Research and correct any product variances within the inventory tracking system Ensure received transport product matches manifest(s) description Maintain a database with product SKU/UPC numbers and ensure all reconciliation is completed including matching physical inventory to Dutchies inventory Maintain a clean and organized vault Perform cycle counts daily, weekly and monthly as needed Create and maintain inventory reports for all products on hand Responsible for confirming accurate product information is entered into the POS and displayed correctly on any menus Maintain active knowledge of incoming inventory and inventory stock Record and monitor all items with shelf life daily and notify management when material is expired or damaged Organize and maintain backroom inventory areas Maintain compliance with local and state regulations as well as adhering to reLeaf's policies and SOPs May provide hands-on training of inventory tracking system for new and current employees Assist in other daily functions and tasks of the store as assigned Ability to transfer products from vault to sales floor and ensure barcodes are scannable before putting them on the floor WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to stand, sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Able to work in a solitary, windowless environment for extended periods of time REQUIREMENTS MUST BE 21 TO APPLY Experienced with Google Docs, Excel, and any other software required Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends Must be able to pass a State and National background check BENEFITS Health Insurance Dental Insurance Employee Discount EEO Statement: ReLeaf Alternatives is an Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified job applicants receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
