A Day In The Life:
Perform total contract management for all Food Processor customer accounts, Bunge Sales personnel, Product Management, Marketing and R&D as requested. Assist Pricing Managers in price data maintenance to ensure accuracy in down stream processing of contracts, orders, and invoices. Act as an advocate for both the customer as well as for Bunge, ensuring that quoting and contract related requests are handled in an efficient and profitable fashion.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Perform total contract management, including quoting and pricing within preset margin goals, system entry and contract balance reporting in a timely manner
* Complete understanding of contracting policy and procedures related to contract quantities, entry, approval process, etc.
* Contract drag management. Including, but not limited to: running drag reports and distribution of, rolling contracts forward with applicable charges as approved by pricing manager, careful monitoring of contracts to ensure FIFO, review of drag prior to contract booking.
* Monitor Auto quotes to determine validity of published prices and customer acceptance to that price.
* Maintain system entry of price targets and price lists keeping track of validity periods on all customer accounts and segments
* Maintain and update excel based pricing sheets according to Price Management assigned targets and validity periods.
* Ensure price policy and procedure is followed through all transactions. This includes obtaining the appropriate approvals for deviations to price in any fashion.
* Investigate and resolve price discrepancies with full understanding of price structures, margin expectations, and costs within the SAP price routine.
* Run and monitor the daily order and contract audit report to find input errors or data gaps that may be affecting accurate customer pricing. Reach out to appropriate parties to resolve all errors and update price data accordingly.
* Monitor pricing inbox and reply to basic quote and price inquiries.
* Understand Bunge supply chain and operational objectives in relation to sales forecast and capacity constraints
* Support in RFPs as requested by pricing manager
* Work with the team to provide Total Quality Service to our customers, sales and customer service team and plant.

Skills/Experience Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Marketing preferred
* Strong analytical, mathematical, verbal and written communication skills. Proficient organizational skills, especially time management. Familiarity with CBOT exchange and fundamentals of futures and basis trading.
* One to three years previous customer service experience with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships, previous sales experience is a plus.

The compensation range for this position is $64,000 - $72,000. In addition to regular compensation, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
