The Administrative Program Coordinator provides essential administrative and programmatic support to the Center for International Medicine (CIM) team. This role supports program development, coordination, and implementation, while assisting CIM leadership with scheduling, prioritizing meetings, and organizing key departmental activities. The position involves managing department-specific programs and contributing to various cross-functional projects. It requires a high degree of autonomy, collaboration across medical, administrative, research, and external institutional partners, and the ability to handle complex and confidential assignments with professionalism. Success in this role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
