The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

The Educator position develops customizes and delivers high-impact onsite and virtual workshops, seminars, and training programs.This position covers both Resiliency and Professional Development content areas. In addition, this position includes delivering onsite and virtual Critical Incidents Stress Debriefing CISD and Professional Coaching services. This role requires close collaboration with the EAP Team and key personnel across the RWJBarnabas Health Care System and external accounts.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, Health and Wellness Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 10 or more years of experience in workshop development, delivery, and instructional design
  • 5 years of EAP experience as a provider of training's and related EAP services
  • 5 years of Professional Coaching experience
  • Knowledge of the impact of trauma and workplace conflict, ability to run onsite and virtual, CISD groups
  • Proven track record in designing, customizing, and delivering onsite and virtual training programs
  • Demonstrates excellence in communication and organizational skills, project management, research, and curriculum development
  • Experienced in the development of Learning Management Systems, LMS, Web-based Programming
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred:

  • Masters Degree in a related field preferred

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Part-Time, Day
  • Working Location: Remote

Essential Functions:

  • Report to the Administrative Director, One Source EAP
  • Work closely with Therapist and Therapist 1 on the development and delivery of training's
  • Work closely with Therapist and Therapist 1 on Professional Coaching Services
  • Full participation in Team Meetings
  • Must be able to work independently and collaborate with all One Source EAP team members
  • Support EAP services during customer onboarding and onsite internal and external benefit fairs
  • Design, develop, and deliver workshops tailored to departmental/external accounts needs
  • Design innovative, systemwide initiatives and topical programs
  • Research, create, and deliver PowerPoint presentations, scripts, and handbooks
  • Collaborate on multiple joint ventures, including Leadership Institute and Nursing Institute for Excellence
  • Innovate and implement new methodologies for program delivery, integrating Learning Management Systems LMS on web-based platforms
  • Conduct needs assessments with internal leadership and external accounts to identify and address relevant programming needs
  • Actively participate in Committees, Panels, and Symposiums
  • Lead Critical Incident Stress Debriefs CISDs and provide Professional Coaching services
  • Travel required
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
