Physical Therapist (Neuro) " Outpatient \| Full-Time Job Ref: 32937 Category: Physical Therapy Location: 133 Old Road to Nine Acre Corner, Concord, MA 01742 Department: Westford Speech Schedule: Full Time Shift: Day/Eve shift Hours: TBD Pay Range: $37.00 - $58.00 per hour Join Our Growing Neuro Rehabilitation Team We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist (Neuro) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Westford, Massachusetts. This is a full-time opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including neurological, neuromuscular, and orthopedic conditions, in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. If you are a passionate licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts with experience in neurological rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, and patient-centered care, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments for patients with neurological, neuromuscular, and orthopedic diagnoses Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and mobility Deliver evidence-based neuro rehab interventions for both adult and pediatric patients Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including physicians, nurses, and therapists Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, recovery goals, and prevention strategies Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation Ensure the highest standards of patient safety, quality care, and service excellence Qualifications Education Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program Experience 3+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred Experience with neurological rehabilitation (stroke, TBI, Parkinson's, MS, etc.) strongly preferred Experience working with both adult and pediatric populations is a plus Licensure & Certification Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required BLS certification required within 4 months of hire Core Skills & Competencies Strong clinical expertise in neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills Ability to manage a fast-paced outpatient caseload Exceptional patient communication and customer service skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation Commitment to patient-centered care and outcomes-driven treatment Why Join Us Collaborative, team-based outpatient rehab environment Opportunity to specialize in neurological physical therapy Work with a diverse patient population (adult + pediatric) Supportive leadership and commitment to clinical excellence To apply, please visit: https://jobs.emersonhospital.org/job/physical-therapist-neuro-a-outpatient-full-time-physical-therapy-cat-emerson-hospital-16062/ Copyright 2025 Jobelephant.com Inc.
