  • Estimated hourly base pay: $18.27(minimum) - $24.04(midpoint) - $29.33(maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime

Shift:

  • Tuesday-Friday from 3:00pm-11:00pm and Saturday from 7:00am-3:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol Assigned Areas: Regularly patrol designated locations to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety.
  • Monitor Security Systems: Operate surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to security incidents.
  • Report Incidents: Accurately document and communicate any security breaches or suspicious activities to supervisors.
  • Enforce Security Policies: Apply company security procedures consistently to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Provide Visitor Assistance: Assist and guide employees and visitors in a courteous manner, ensuring proper access protocols are followed.

Key Skills:

  • Surveillance Techniques: Ability to monitor and observe activities effectively.
  • Access Control: Proficient in managing entry and exit points according to procedures.
  • Incident Reporting: Skilled in documenting and reporting security incidents accurately.
  • Communication: Clear verbal communication to convey information and instructions.
  • Physical Fitness: Maintains the physical condition necessary for patrol and security duties.
  • Emergency Response: Capable of following established protocols during emergencies.
  • Equipment Operation: Familiarity with security equipment such as cameras and alarms.
  • Attention to Detail: Observant in identifying unusual activities or potential threats.
  • Team Collaboration: Works effectively with team members under supervision.
  • Customer Service: Provides courteous assistance to visitors and staff while enforcing rules.

Successful Candidates Typically Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Driver's license required

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
