Associate Marketing Manager - Financial Services

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Contract Marketing Manager to support our client's Financial Services marketing team during a six-month maternity leave. This interim role is critical for maintaining the momentum of our marketing efforts and requires a strategic executor with a proven track record in financial services marketing.

You will be responsible for leading the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who excels at project management, agency collaboration, and ensuring flawless execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  Campaign Management & Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of customer-facing marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including email, dotcom, paid search, in-store signage, and direct mail.

  Creative Development: Manage the creative development process from brief to delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies to produce high-quality, on-brand marketing assets.

  Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a key liaison between marketing, legal, compliance, and other internal partners to ensure all marketing materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

  Project Management: Manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project goals.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  6+ years of professional experience in Marketing and Campaign Management.

  
  
• 
  

  6+ years of experience within the Financial Services industry (banking, credit, insurance, etc.).

  
  
• 
  

  Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

  
  
• 
  

  Demonstrated experience in creative development and execution, including briefing and managing creative agencies.

  
  
• 
  

  Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and process management skills with a strong track record of accuracy.

  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

  2+ years of experience in Credit Card Marketing.
