      Perform and coordinate administrative and financial support activities required by assigned faculty member(s) and associated research group(s). This position will interact on a consistent basis with: assigned faculty, research group staff and sponsors. This position typically will advise and counsel: research group staff.       Educational Requirements Preferred Qualifications
      Preferred Qualification: 2-3 years of demonstrated experience as an office assistant, data analyst, or similar administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills, pivot tables, data analysis, and the utilization of supporting tools/applications (i.e. SmartSheet) Proficiency with ERP applications/systems (e.g., Workday, Banner, PeopleSoft) Strong communication and customer service skills. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
