The Role
Presidio Strategy and Analytics Director will lead the analytics function that powers our go-to-market (GTM) engine. This role is central to how we Run the Business (RTB)-providing the insights, models, and infrastructure that enable Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute with precision and scale.

Responsibilities include:



  • RTB Analytics Ownership: Build and maintain the core GTM analytics infrastructure that supports daily, weekly, and monthly business operations. Ensure leadership has real-time visibility into performance across the funnel.
  • Forecasting & Scenario Modeling: Develop and maintain predictive revenue forecasting models that incorporate pipeline dynamics, historical trends, and macro factors. Deliver scenario-based planning tools to support executive decision-making. Lead annual and quarterly planning efforts to develop company level budgets and forecasts.
  • Market Research and Analytics: Build and maintain specific market models to gauge performance and to partner on assessments of new markets and revenue streams.
  • Sales Productivity Modeling: Create models to evaluate rep performance, ramp time, territory coverage, and activity-to-outcome ratios. Use these insights to inform operating plans, hiring plans, enablement programs, and compensation design.
  • Finance Partnership: Collaborate closely with Finance to align revenue forecasts with financial plans, budget cycles, and board-level reporting. Ensure consistency between operational and financial views of the business.
  • Executive Presentations Support: Own the analytics and insights that feed into board decks, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), monthly business reviews (MBRs), and executive strategy sessions. Ensure data is accurate, contextualized, and presentation-ready.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly/monthly business reviews with actionable insights. Own the cadence, accuracy, and relevance of GTM reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Practices to define shared KPIs, ensure data consistency, and drive unified execution.


Required Skills and Professional Experience



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • Overall 10+ years of experience in a combination of business analysis, statistical analysis, market research, GTM segmentation, revenue operations, planning (or 7+ years of experience with an advanced degree in business, finance, or analytics and data science)
  • Previous Revenue Operations, Analytics, or GTM Strategy roles
  • Proven experience in building forecasting and productivity models in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Deep understanding of GTM frameworks, sales forecasting, and operational cadences
  • Strong command of Salesforce, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, CRMa), and data modeling
  • Experience partnering with Sales and Finance on planning, budgeting, and board reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and present executive-level insights and materials
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills-able to translate data into action
  • Track record of high-performing analytics use cases
  • Coding, automation, and building foundational data sources
  • Financial modeling to help provide accurate forecasts by area and business line
  • Dealing with ambiguity to bring concepts through to deliverables
  • Problem-solving and self-starter
  • Thought partner and leader within the team
  • Provide guidance based on analysis and insights
