Job Overview The IT Development Engineer III is responsible for the development, configuration, and testing of applications and processes as per the technical requirements and specifications for the application and identifying opportunities for improvement and, or automation of existing processes. This position will also troubleshoot and resolve testing issues; focus on programming and configuration of IT Systems Software including software for use in operating, controlling hardware, and providing a platform for running internal end-user, business applications. This role requires deep expertise across the full Microsoft .NET stack and SSIS (back-end, ETL). The Senior Developer III will act as a technical leader, mentor, and innovator, driving best practices, ensuring code quality, and significantly contributing to architectural integrity and IT initiative success.Duties & Responsibilities 
     
 Work closely with IT and Business Teammates to identify potential business process candidatesCoordinate with business partners to re-imagine and improve business processes as appropriateDesign, develop, test, deploy and support Processes using CCCI best practicesContribute to the CCCI shared library of [Domain] components and best practicesParticipates in rotational on-call support, maintenance activities and other duties as determined by the teamDevelop and manage ETL processes with SQL Server, SSIS, and Snowflake for efficient data integration.Writes code in lower-level (i.e. C-Sharp, .Net, Python) programming languages to optimize the performance and efficiency of an organization's IT platform, infrastructureConfigures customizes, diagnoses, and enhances SAAS, Off the Shelf, In-House Developed or 3rd Party supplied systems software including operating systems software and utilities that manage access to peripherals, facilitate networking, manage memory allocationWrites diagnostic programs to test integrated software, hardware systems and resolve system faults to indicate that the program is not functioning properly or meeting the technical, functional requirementsParticipates and actively contributes to the following Agile Scrum events, as well as Backlog Grooming, including Sprint - a time box of 1-4 weeks during which a useable and potentially releasable increment of work is completedSprint Planning - an event where the team determines what they can confidently complete in the upcoming Sprint, and self-organizes to plan the tasks needed to do soDaily Standup - 15-minute time-boxed event held every day of the Sprint for the Agile team to plan work for the next 24 hours. This optimizes team collaboration and performanceSprint Review - held at the end of the Sprint for the agile team to share with stakeholders what was done in the Sprint, elicit their feedback, and agree on the next Sprint's work to optimize value to the businessSprint Retrospective - held at the end of the Sprint for continuous improvement of the team where the team inspects itself and creates a plan for improvements to be enacted during the next sprintBacklog Grooming - breaking down high-level ideas into independent, estimable, and testable increments of useable and potentially releasable units of work that can be completed within a SprintCreates technical documentation of systems software programs and code to be leveraged for audit purposes and documents why the program was built

Minimum Qualifications 
     
 High school diploma or GED; 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school5+ Years of Agile Delivery in a Matrixed Organizational Structure5+ Years of SDLC and CI, CD experience - Tools, Frameworks and best practices5+ Years MS Azure Environment Development experience3+ Years MS Azure DevOps operational (pipeline) experience3+ Years experience in Domain-specific framework development5+ Years of Data integrations and exchange frameworks (jSON, XML, EDI)ETL experience with SQL Server and SSIS; Full Stack .NET development with C# and .NET Core; C# console application Experience is Mandatory
Preferred Qualifications 
     
 Experience with Azure API Management.Experience with Azure Data Factory.Experience leading and mentoring technical teams in complex development environments.Agile Delivery in a Matrixed organizational StructureMS Azure Environment Development experienceMS Azure DevOps or GIT experienceFamiliarity with data integrations and exchange frameworks (jSON, XML, EDI)BS in Computer Science or Information Technology related field
