Treasury Management Product Implementation Specialist

Are you a service-oriented professional who enjoys blending client interaction, problem-solving, and hands-on implementation? The National Bank of Indianapolis is seeking a Treasury Management Implementation Specialist to join our Treasury Management team. You'll play a key role in delivering tailored cash management solutions, working directly with clients to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

What You'll Do



  • Partner with Treasury Management Bankers to meet or exceed sales and portfolio goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, Bank vendors, and internal departments.
  • Support both new and existing clients by resolving issues, answering questions, and proactively identifying needs.
  • Coordinate product and service implementations, including scheduling and conducting client training sessions (on-site, virtual, or phone-based).
  • Provide on-site installation and training for Treasury Management hardware and software solutions.
  • Assist with proposals, product comparisons, and documentation for new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update client-facing user guides, operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with Treasury Management Support and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely maintenance requests for new and existing clients.
  • Facilitate the relationship between Elavon and the Bank, coordinating monthly meetings, reviewing reports, and supporting merchant services.
  • Generate and maintain monitoring reports for Treasury Management applications.
  • Lead and support projects involving system upgrades and product enhancements, including client communications.
  • Monitor daily client compliance related to Positive Pay and ACH Positive Pay deadlines, ensuring exceptions are handled promptly.


What We're Looking For



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • 4+ years of customer service and sales experience in banking, ideally within Treasury Management or Merchant Services.
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products, financial services, and operational processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Excellent customer service mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with solid accounting or balancing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to evaluate needs and develop practical solutions.
