We are seeking a Digital Experience Manager who is passionate about working cross-functionally and across multiple digital disciplines to craft and optimize world-class web experiences that drive business growth.

The Digital Experience Manager helps optimize user experience, project deliverables, and efficient operations on the DXT web product team by leading on business analysis, project management, user acceptance testing, analytics, A/B testing, and documentation and training.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis:
Develop, optimize, and maintain efficient processes for evaluating, scoping, and prioritizing incoming business stakeholder requests. Communicate with stakeholders and ensure that all relevant business requirements are documented and agreed upon by all parties before work is assigned. Help define and document acceptance criteria and measures of success for each project. Assist with web analytics and user experience as needed.

Project Management:

Lead overall project management and timelines for the team. Help ensure that deliverables are tracked, and that project dependencies and issues are surfaced and handled in a timely manner. Assist with capacity planning and prioritization, and help the team remain responsive and accountable to business needs without overcommitting beyond available capacity.

User Acceptance Testing:
Lead stakeholder engagement during UAT, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are given adequate time and opportunity to participate in testing and to provide feedback on bug fixes and new features prior to release to production. Track, consolidate, and communicate stakeholder feedback to the dev team. Perform hands-on testing to validate that functionality meets acceptance criteria.

Analytics & A/B Testing:
Monitor website traffic and user behavior to uncover actionable insights about ways to optimize engagement and conversion. Develop, implement, and analyze A/B tests to continually enhance the user experience and drive growth.

Documentation & Training:
Develop, build out, and maintain team documentation in a central repository such as SharePoint. Ensure that business partners and stakeholders have access to information about who we are, how to work with us, intake process, end-user documentation, etc. Develop training materials as needed for users of AEM and Adobe Analytics and be the central point of contact using a "train the trainer" model.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for someone with broad experience across a variety of relevant web/digital marketing roles. The successful candidate should have experience with web content management systems, web analytics, A/B testing, agile project management, and UAT/QA.

Professional Experience:

  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, website project management, web analytics, and/or user experience roles.
  • Proven track record contributing to and/or leading agile web projects - including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stakeholder engagement, and user acceptance testing.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with web developers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to deliver digital solutions that drive business growth.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of UX design best practices and experience working with modern design tools such as Figma a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge with HTML/CSS, browser behavior, and responsive design principles.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $95,400 - $163,900

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
