Job Description

Senior Financial Analyst - Global Product & Strategy

This position is part of the Global Product & Strategy Team and supports the consolidation for reporting, forecast and budget cycles. This role will also be responsible for supporting the Global and NA Strategy team. The Senior Financial Analyst will facilitate global forecasting and budget processes, and assess performance relative to established plans. The successful candidate should demonstrate advanced analytical abilities, a comprehensive understanding of financial principles, and a commitment to using data-driven strategies to inform business decisions and support growth.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in the monthly and quarterly consolidation and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports, including variance analysis, to senior management.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and prepare presentations as required by the executive team
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance, conduct variance analysis, and identify key trends.
  • Analyze financial performance against key performance indicators and budget, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial performance against established goals and industry benchmarks.
  • Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for the Product & Strategy function.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities aimed at driving process improvements and operational excellence.

This is a hybrid position. Expectations of days in the office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 129,200.00 to 187,350.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
