CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Representative to join our PMCM Team in Martha's Vineyard, MA, where you'll play a vital role in supporting senior staff and project managers, representing the client at the project site, and ensuring construction operations run smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do:

    Serve as a primary point of contact at project sites, assisting with on-site field administration, support, inspection, and technical management of construction operations
  • Review and update plans and specifications, maintaining continuous communication with owners, contractors, and architects
  • Support senior staff in observing the quality and progress of construction to ensure compliance with contract documents and schedules
  • Create and maintain project schedules, organize job sites and field offices, and document projects via detailed reports and progress photos
  • Maintain documentation of all communications, contracts, RFIs, change orders, record plans, and submittals
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers and communicate with abutters and concerned citizens to foster community engagement


What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of construction site management experience required
  • OSHA 10-hour certification required
  • General knowledge of G.L 149/149A
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with solid problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and travel locally as needed
  • General knowledge of construction procurement, industry laws, regulations, and practices
  • Detailed reporting experience preferred

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $110,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
