Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
*tegrate Client acquired asset discipline CAD drawings using Falcon DMS software and MS Explorer as per drawing management standards.
*Continuously monitor the input of all drawings into Falcon DMS to maintain archived files.
*Enable efficient tracking, updating and version control of approved drawings and their status.
*Support integration with green field projects during final drawing handover phases.
*Ensure EPC contractor's DMS's are compliant with Client drawing management requirements.
*Provide efficient, secure and appropriate access to drawing and previous revisions.
*Manage the process to control the quality and review cycle of work packs, documents, records and procedures.
*Revise heritage integration drawing names as required for Falcon DMS archiving and company policy.
*Revise native CAD files for re-branding and title updates under supervision.
*Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
*High School diploma or GED equivalent
*5 or more years of experience in a business environment related to engineering drawing management such as electronic file storage, revisioning, and file check-in/out procedures
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Proficient with electronic data management systems and document imaging

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
*Experience with various proprietary Electronic Document Control and computing systems
*Bachelors degree
*Entry level AutoCAD Experience
