At Parker, our team members belong, matter and make a difference. Primary Essential Function The SIOP Analyst is responsible for optimizing the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning processes. This role involves collaborating with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment between demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production plans. The SIOP Analyst will develop and implement strategies to improve forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and production efficiency. Responsibilities * SIOP Process Management: Demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management, to ensure alignment with business goals. Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in SIOP, demand planning, inventory management, or a related role within a manufacturing or distribution environment. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in demand planning software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with statistical forecasting techniques and data analysis tools. * Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to senior management. * Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
