We have an exciting opening for a Digital & IT Senior Analyst in Elyria, OH. This position defines, configures, tests, trains and supports business-related information technology requirements and systems. Collaborating with Group and Division subject matter experts and 3rd party IT vendors, they lead directly, or co-lead, single technology or regional IT projects with accountability for completing on time, budget and meeting expectations.

Your main responsibilities

  • Leads directly, or co-leads, complex and/or global digital and IT project tasks delivering business results that meet deadlines; provide guidance to project resources within and across multiple teams as needed
  • Ability to communicate technical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligning data analysis with business KPIs.
  • Proficient in relational database design, normalization, schema management, and SQL query optimization.
  • Strong T-SQL skills for writing complex stored procedures, functions, triggers, with experience in debugging, error handling, and deployment.
  • Experienced in designing, developing, and deploying SSIS packages, including ETL processes, control/data flow, error handling, and performance tuning.
  • Knowledgeable in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Databricks for modern data integration and processing.
  • Skilled in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX for data transformation, visualization, report publishing, and managing data security.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data cleaning, validation, statistical analysis, and interpreting trends using BI tools like Power BI and Excel.
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies, including experience leading teams and serving as Scrum Master to drive collaboration and project delivery.
  • Solid understanding of database backup, recovery, security, transaction management (ACID), and data modeling tools.
  • Experienced in package deployment, scheduling with SQL Server Agent, version control, and maintaining data governance best practices.
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Available to provide after-hours technical support as needed

We are looking for a talent with

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related area (Or international equivalent)
  • 4+ years related IT experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communicationand collaborationskills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively
