We focus on making data approachable for everyone, from first-time creators to business leaders, through clear design and seamless interaction. We are on a journey to redefine how people engage with data by integrating Copilot and conversational capabilities that make analysis more natural, guided, and intelligent.We do not just value differences or different perspectives. ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive and cohesive experiences that make it simple for users to visualize, format, and present data in Power BI. Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and content designers to deliver end-to-end solutions that improve report creation, customization, and usability. Evolve the design of Power BI's core visuals and formatting experiences to make powerful capabilities approachable for all users, from beginners to experts. Translate complex data and visualization concepts into clear, consistent, and accessible design patterns that align with Microsoft's Fluent design language. Use research insights, telemetry, and customer feedback to iterate on designs and improve product quality, efficiency, and satisfaction. Contribute to the shared design system and visual standards that support scalability and consistency across Power BI and the broader Fabric ecosystem.
