Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative Location: Columbia, MD (Hybrid - Onsite M-F for first two weeks, then Tu/Th/F onsite) Pay Rate: $16.00-$18.00/hour Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months) Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Overview: We're seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced support team for an Automated Traffic Safety Enforcement program. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in English and Spanish, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a structured, customer-facing environment. Responsibilities: * Handle inbound calls from citizens regarding parking violations * Provide accurate information and resolution in a professional and empathetic manner * Perform data entry, document verification, and assist with payment processing * Navigate multiple computer applications confidently * Maintain clear and concise documentation of customer interactions * Uphold a high level of attentiveness and professionalism onsite Qualifications: * Fluent in English and Spanish * High school diploma or GED * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, including 1 year in a call center * Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills * Typing speed of at least 30-35 WPM * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Work Environment & Expectations: * Onsite attendance and punctuality are critical * Must be fully attentive during shifts, including breaks * Calls are monitored for quality assurance Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
