As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prestigious commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, providing a welcoming presence while maintaining a secure environment. Your responsibilities will focus on monitoring entry and exit points, assisting guests, and responding to security-related incidents as they arise. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in the state. What You'll Do:

• Deliver excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location's front desk.
• Assist visitors, tenants, and/or employees by providing information and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Monitor access to the premises, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site representatives regarding incidents, emergencies, or unusual activities.
• Assist with security-related administrative tasks, such as report writing and documentation of incidents.
• Support emergency response activities as required while maintaining a visible security-related presence at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A minimum of 5 years of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
