Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a skilled production team and help ensure that daily operations meet quality, safety, and productivity standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys motivating others, improving processes, and fostering a positive team environment.

Your Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet scheduling, quality, and output goals
* Provide hands-on leadership to production staff by training, coaching, and developing team members
* Monitor workflow and adjust resources as needed to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines
* Partner with maintenance and quality teams to ensure equipment readiness and product standards
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing best practices
* Maintain accurate records of production data, attendance, and performance metrics
* Enforce company policies and promote a safe, respectful, and productive workplace
* Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate priorities and resolve issues

You Must Have:
* Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to motivate, lead, and develop a team in a fast-paced setting
* Working knowledge of safety standards and lean manufacturing principles
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

We Would Also Prefer:
* Associate or bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
* Experience in printing, packaging, or related production industries
* Familiarity with ERP systems or production scheduling software
