Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Salesforce's Paid Media team is seeking a highly analytical and organized Senior Analyst to join the Media Intelligence (MI) team, the data and analytics engine behind Salesforce's global paid media operation. This role sits at the intersection of data, insights, and process excellence, helping transform complex marketing performance data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You'll partner closely with paid media stakeholders to interpret performance trends, deliver business-ready analyses, and maintain the cadence and organization of our analytics processes.

We're looking for someone who thrives on bringing structure to ambiguity, a person who is equally comfortable digging into data as they are managing stakeholder communications, timelines, and documentation. You'll be a trusted partner who connects the dots between data, decisions, and execution.

What You'll Do

Insights & Analytics

  • Analyze paid media performance data to uncover trends, drivers, and optimization opportunities across channels, campaigns, and tactics.

  • Deliver clear, concise insights that inform strategy, pacing, and budget decisions across Paid Media.

  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews by preparing data-driven summaries, executive narratives, and visual storytelling.

  • Partner with senior analysts and channel leads to evaluate spend efficiency, conversion performance, and pipeline contribution.

Stakeholder Communication & Planning

  • Serve as a key liaison between Media Intelligence and Paid Media stakeholders.

  • Manage the end-to-end intake, prioritization, and follow-up process for data and insights requests.

  • Establish clear documentation, meeting cadences, and stakeholder updates to ensure visibility into project timelines and deliverables.

  • Coordinate across Media Intelligence, engineering teams, and agency support to ensure stakeholder feedback is captured, tracked, and acted on.

Process & Project Management

  • Bring structure and discipline to MI's operations by organizing workflows, tracking deliverables, and maintaining process documentation.

  • Help evolve the team's intake, QA, and enablement processes to improve consistency and accountability.

  • Support sprint planning, backlog tracking, and project communications.

  • Create templates, trackers, and dashboards to streamline reporting and project visibility.

Dashboards & Reporting

  • Partner with Analytics Engineers to update and QA Tableau dashboards used by Paid Media teams.

  • Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable dashboard enhancements and documentation.

  • Conduct validation checks to ensure metrics align with ad platform and CRM data.

  • Create ad hoc Tableau or SQL-based analyses for deep-dive business questions.

Enablement & Documentation

  • Support the creation of training materials, short-form videos, and guides to improve data literacy across Paid Media.

  • Maintain updated documentation of metrics, definitions, and dashboard functionality.

  • Help manage the Media Intelligence Support channel and intake process to ensure timely, organized responses to data inquiries.

Who You Are

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or performance insights (B2B or digital media preferred).

  • Hands-on experience analyzing large datasets with SQL and visualizing data in Tableau (or equivalent BI tools).

  • Strong storytelling skills; able to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Experience working cross-functionally across analytics, marketing, and engineering teams.

  • Familiarity with the B2B marketing funnel, including metrics like impressions, clicks, responses, MQLs, pipeline, and conversion efficiency.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working with or alongside paid media teams (Search, Social, Display, etc.).

  • Background in project coordination or PMO functions, with experience driving timelines, documentation, and cross-team alignment.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with shifting priorities.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive; able to anticipate needs and follow through with minimal supervision.

  • Curious, analytical thinker who enjoys solving business problems through data.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a small, high-impact analytics team that directly influences Salesforce's multi-million-dollar global media investments.

  • Gain exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic business decisions across Paid Media and Global Field Marketing.

  • Operate in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas shape how we measure and optimize marketing performance.

  • Develop both your analytical and project management skills while contributing to the team's mission of enabling data-driven decision-making across Salesforce Marketing.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in Salesforce CRM, Snowflake, or other modern data environments.

  • Familiarity with marketing attribution, campaign tagging, or data QA processes.

  • Prior experience at a marketing agency or analytics consultancy.
