As a key member of the Gaming Finance team, you will work cross-functionally to evaluate new business models, support studio investments, and drive financial planning for strategic programs. ResponsibilitiesStrategic Initiative Support Lead financial planning and analysis for strategic projects, including new product launches, studio investments, and partnership evaluations. Develop business cases and ROI models to support executive decision-making. Partner with studio leadership and business development teams to assess financial impact of new initiatives. Business Environment Analysis Analyze the financial impact of internal organizational changes, including shifts in operating models, resource allocations, and studio priorities. Monitor external industry trends-such as platform shifts, monetization models, and dynamics-and assess their implications for Xbox Game Studios. Translate macroeconomic and market developments into actionable insights for studio leadership and finance partners. Cross-Studio Collaboration Coordinate across Xbox Game Studios to align financial strategies with portfolio goals. Support long-range planning and scenario modeling for emerging opportunities. Drive consistency in financial reporting and forecasting across strategic programs. Financial Leadership & Insights Deliver executive-level reporting and insights on strategic project performance. Identify risks and opportunities across initiatives and recommend mitigation strategies. Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Business Planning to ensure alignment and compliance. Process & Systems Optimization Enhance financial tools and processes to support agile decision-making. Lead efforts to automate reporting and improve data accessibility for strategic programs.
