About the Role

We are seeking a Director, Product Management to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our estimation logic, analytics, and tools supporting consumption-based products. This role is central to delivering scalable, intuitive, and high-quality estimation experiences for internal sales teams and customers.

You will ensure estimation solutions provide cohesive, consistent, and accurate pricing and packaging estimates for consumption-based products. Partnering with global, cross-functional teams-including product, engineering, sales, operations, and analytics-you will deliver solutions that not only enable effective estimation, but also measure, track, and optimize accuracy over time.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, collaborative, and data-driven product leader with a passion for delivering world-class products to sellers and customers. You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments, excel at building bridges across functions, and bring the technical fluency to partner closely with engineering and analytics teams. Most importantly, you're motivated by creating estimation tools and insights that empower confident decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Define and own the estimation logic, analytics strategy, and roadmap for consumption-based products.

  • Map pricing and packaging to estimation logic and analytics, ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer needs.

  • Develop business requirements for application-based estimation tools that integrate seamlessly into the sales and customer experience.

  • Deliver estimation experiences that simplify complexity for sellers and customers.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate new and existing products into a unified estimation experience.

  • Build and scale Estimation Analytics (Power Metrics) capabilities, including metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track accuracy, adoption, and effectiveness - measuring accuracy, adoption, and impact

  • Use analytics insights to refine estimation logic and inform product roadmap decisions and continuous product improvements

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify gaps between estimates and actuals and drive continuous improvement.

  • Champion data-driven decision making and build strong feedback loops with stakeholders and end users.

  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria within an agile framework.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years leading cross-functional technology or product teams to deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise SaaS solutions.

  • 3+ years managing, mentoring, or motivating teams or peers in a collaborative, goal-driven environment.

  • 1-2 years experience working with cloud-based IT or SaaS organizations, preferably in an agile/scrum environment.

  • Strong background in product strategy, organizational development, and change management.

  • Technical aptitude with experience supporting cloud, web, API, and integration solutions.

  • Ability to engage with emotional intelligence to navigate conflict, build consensus, and influence outcomes.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels, from individual contributors to executives.

  • Solid understanding of product development processes, including incident, problem, and change management.

  • Innovative thinker with a continuous drive for process and technology improvement.

  • Proven ability to manage escalations and communications with broad organizational impact.

  • High-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Strong team player with a drive to deliver world-class products and experiences for sellers and customers.

  • Proficiency in analytics, reporting, forecasting, and scenario modeling for business operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical discipline (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce or similar SaaS platforms (experience with Data Cloud, AI/Agent frameworks, or analytics platforms strongly preferred).

  • Familiarity with automation and working knowledge of APIs.

  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

  • Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).

  • Experience working in global, cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.

  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

  • Background in SaaS consumption-based models strongly preferred.
