Your Role

The Custom Product Implementation team supports the creation of Middle Market and Premier product deliverables including Facets product requirements, Summaries of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs), Contracts/Agreements and Evidence of Coverage (EOCs). The Product Implementation Analyst, Experienced will report to the Senior Manager of the Custom Product Implementation team. In this role you will be responsible for the analysis and gathering of custom product system requirements and custom artifact fulfillment. The position is responsible for assignments of high complexity while applying comprehensive understanding of the company's healthcare products, functions and regulatory guidelines to create product requirement deliverables and plan documents for implementation and execution.

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience

  • Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Requires competency in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Proven ability to manage high volumes and multiple priorities in accordance with established timelines and quality measures

  • General knowledge of Blue Shield of California benefits as they relate to incumbent plans, Federal and State mandates, regulatory guidelines as well as Blue Shield of California policies and procedures

  • Prefer working knowledge of the end-to-end Core and Premier group implementation and renewal process and supporting applications.
