Duties will consist of the following:

  • Implement , configure and administer Tripwire FIM agents on severs / databases across the organization.
  • Configuration of Tripwire policies and exclusions
  • Analyse and investigate of Tripwire alerts and incidents
  • Upgrade agents to newer versions
  • Fix Tripwire errors on nodes
  • Monitor critical alerts/Service Now incident tickets for unauthorized server changes
  • Escalate suspicious or unauthorized server changes for investigation
  • Understand and follow the incident response process through event escalations.
  • Fine-tune Tripwire policies to reduce false detection.
  • Provide advice on Data Security compliance and regulations to reduce risk.
  • Administration of tools to include configuration of policies, upgrading software, etc.
  • Monitor and respond to alerts generated from the Tripwire.
  • Collaborate with business groups to help them identify, classify and secure high value data.
  • Implement proactive measures to enhance accuracy and effectiveness of Data Security tools.
  • Create, review, maintain and update documentation of fixes in central knowledge base.
  • Raise change requests and onboarding new nodes into Tripwire
  • Work with global teams to provide consistent processes and solutions.
  • Responsible for generation of activity charts from Tripwire for analysis by management.

Required working experience & education

Successful candidates will possess the following skills/capabilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage workload and schedule tasks and assignments
  • Exceptional attention to detail for quality control of documents and artifacts
  • Knowledge of Data Security compliance and regulations to reduce risk
  • Configuration of Policies, Upgrading and Patching
  • Implementation of Data Security Tools
  • Documenting & Publishing fixes in central knowledge base.
