This teammate will manage a small but growing actuarial manager and analyst team responsible for validating and transforming data receiver from external payers, modeling the economics of new contracts, and developing recommendations on pricing to our payer partnerships team. Duties also include enhancing enterprise risk management capabilities, applying predictive models, researching health care industry trends, and developing and delivering executive-level presentations Lead new contract actuarial underwriting process, from data transformation to final recommendations to business leaders 2. Manage teammate productivity and performance within new business lane of the DaVita actuarial team 3. Support enterprise risk management process and capability development 20% 5. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $146,600.00 - $215,300.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
