As a Security Guard - Hospital Patrol Driver in Greensburg, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Interact professionally with staff, visitors, and patients while maintaining awareness of surroundings and reporting any security-related concerns.
• Document incidents and observations thoroughly, following Allied Universal protocols and reporting procedures.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying identification as required.
• Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and assisting first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
