ABOUT THIS POSITION

Engineering Interns are responsible for supporting the general needs of the EE and Test Systems. You will work side by side with our experienced engineers in circuit analysis and designs used in The Inspire Devices and test systems designed for manufacturing purposes.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE



  1. Failure Mode Analysis


    • Analyze analog and digital circuitry, identifying potential failure modes
    • Simulate failure modes on the bench or with simulation tools
    • Propose design mitigations for identified failure modes





  1. Development Support


    • Assist with development efforts as required, under the direction of an Engineer


      1. Product testing
      2. Software testing/validation testing
      3. Dry run test methods/test plans
      4. Technology Research
      5. Circuit Design




QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience:



  • 2 years undergraduate schooling (or equivalent) in electrical engineering (BSEE)
  • Analog and digital design skills
  • Bench test and debug skills (oscilloscope, etc.)


Preferred Experience:



  • 0-2 years (or equivalent) towards a MSEE preferred
  • Experience with Python

The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
