The corporate Quality Management Office (QMO) focuses on establishing a comprehensive process and quality infrastructure for SPA to consistently deliver on its promise of excellence to our customers.

SPA has a near term need for a Junior Analyst for their team.


Responsibilities

The Junior Analyst will be responsible for organizing, tracking, and maintaining department documents and files, ensuring accessibility and accuracy. They will collect, compile, and consolidate data from various internal sources, using the Microsoft Office Suite to create, manipulate, and manage spreadsheets and to generate and present insights through the development of graphs, charts, pivot tables, documents, and briefs. The Junior Analyst will assist with the preparation of periodic reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses and will provide administrative support to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in deliverables. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required information and maintain data integrity.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
  • Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualizations)
  • Word (document drafting and editing)
  • PowerPoint (presentation development)
  • Teams (communication and collaboration)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
  • US Citizenship

Desired Qualifications:

  • Basic database knowledge preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
  • Experience with Microsoft Access, Microsoft Visio, Lucid, and SharePoint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Interest in process improvement and data management.
  • Ability to work independently with some supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
