About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, insights-driven leader to join our Global Integrated Marketing team as Global Integrated Campaigns Reporting & Operations Director. This individual contributor role will be one of two people focused on Measurement & Reporting within a Strategy & Operations team, responsible for scaling how we measure, report on, and optimize campaign performance across Salesforce's global marketing motion.

You'll support our Global Campaigns leaders with data-driven insights and work cross-functionally with leaders in Marketing Analytics, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Media Lab, and Brand to transform data into insights that guide decision-making-from executive dashboards to regional campaign views.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on building from the ground up, enjoys solving complex marketing questions with data, and operates with a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and scale weekly, monthly, and annual campaign reporting cadences to deliver meaningful performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Build a CMO-level campaign performance view, transforming current reporting from manual Google Sheets into dynamic Tableau dashboards.
  • Lead executive reporting for QBRs and MBRs, collaborating closely with analytics and campaign leads.
  • Drive offer-level performance insights across global campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Own and evolve audience and regional performance reporting, creating consistent visibility into how campaigns are resonating by segment and geography.
  • Champion Org62 campaign alignment and governance, enforcing campaign setup standards and guiding teams through best practices.
  • Support the Global Campaign Offer Repository through both administrative upkeep and strategic oversight-driving adoption, accuracy, and actionable usage.
Required Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, operations, or analytics roles-preferably in a global B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and building marketing performance dashboards and executive reports (particularly in Tableau).
  • Hands-on ability to self-serve, clean, and transform data, while also collaborating with BI and Analytics partners.
  • Familiarity with campaign tracking tools, reporting frameworks, and marketing measurement KPIs (experience in Optimizely or Percolate, Kapost, or another CMS tool is a plus)
  • Experience navigating the Salesforce platform
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate, influence, and communicate across levels and functions.
What Great Looks Like

Someone excelling in this role is:

  • Transparent, with a bias for clarity and data integrity
  • Curious, always looking one step ahead to anticipate the next key question
  • Strategic, but detail-oriented and execution-focused, with high standards for accuracy
  • Proactive, navigating ambiguity and operating with a sense of urgency
  • Collaborative, with a stakeholder-first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
