Location: Plymouth, IN
Shift: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, Rotating Weekends

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping machines running smoothly? Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a key role in maintaining and improving our production operations.

You'll perform skilled maintenance work on converting, printing, and extruding equipment, as well as general building and grounds repairs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Performing preventive and reactionary maintenance
• Installing new equipment and managing special projects
• Reading and interpreting schematics, manuals, and safety procedures
• Collaborating across departments to solve problems and improve operations
• Maintaining inventory and sourcing parts and materials
• Using CMMS software to log work orders and maintenance activities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with PLCs, DCS, welding, machining, and electrical systems
• Familiarity with LOTO procedures and machine control systems
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, and work in warm, humid environments
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in machine repair or technical maintenance roles

• Fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Exposure to heat, humidity, noise, and moving equipment
• Hands-on, physically active role
